Publish at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, OSDI, PLDI) while actively safeguarding intellectual property
Collaborate with product engineering to transfer state-of-the-art research into Fantasma Synergy production engines
Maintain a reproducible research codebase with automated benchmarks across physical edge testbeds
Present research findings internally and engage with leading academic and industrial lab partners
Mentor PhD research interns and junior research engineers
Kualifikasi Wajib (Must-Have)
- PhD or equivalent proven research track record in ML systems or machine learning
- First-author publications at top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Deep expertise with PyTorch or JAX internal compilation (torch.compile, XLA)
- Rigorous experimental methodology and dedication to reproducible science
Nilai Tambah (Nice-to-Have)
- + Experience with state space models (Mamba, S4) or neuromorphic architectures
- + Understanding of conformal prediction and calibration under distribution shift
- + Experience deploying models onto constrained embedded hardware
