Design and implement distributed consensus and state synchronization protocols tailored for high packet-loss links

›

Build cryptographic attestation, hardware root-of-trust, and secure boot pipelines for edge nodes

›

Develop lightweight observability tooling and distributed tracing for heterogeneous mesh deployments

›

Write architectural decision records, incident runbooks, and failure-injection simulations

›

Work directly with enterprise field deployment teams during live customer validation cycles

›

Ensure deterministic execution across embedded RTOS and Linux gateway nodes

Kualifikasi Wajib (Must-Have)

  • 4+ years building production distributed systems in Go or Rust
  • Deep knowledge of distributed consensus, fault tolerance, and network protocol design
  • Solid understanding of cryptographic primitives (ECDSA, Ed25519, noise protocol framework, SPIFFE)

Nilai Tambah (Nice-to-Have)

  • + Experience with Zephyr RTOS or constrained microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, nRF)
  • + Background in wireless mesh networks (802.15.4, LoRa, BLE Mesh, Thread)
